Whistler Retreat Scholarship Application

The Whistler Retreat scholarship program was started in 2018 to help offset the rising cost of the retreat due to increasing food and lodge rental costs for our members with limited income. To establish the scholarship, we included a new field on the Whistler 2018 Spring registration page that allowed attendees to donate to this new fund. 

Based on the donations from the April retreat, the board has determined that there will be four (4) – $75 Whistler Retreat scholarships awarded for 1/2 off the regular price of $150. Should there be more than (4) applications a lottery system will be used to determine the (4) awardees.  Any unused scholarships / donations will be forwarded to the 2019 Leather Retreats.

Donations made by members for the 2018 Fall Whistler Leather Retreat will be awarded for the 2019 Spring Whistler Leather Retreat. 

The board expresses our thanks and deepest gratitude to those members that donated to this new scholarship fund which will help fellow VML members to be able to attend our most popular and exciting VML event.
